ok. I don't know much about Satellite radio, so please excuse my ignorance. I have the Scion Nav in my 08 xB. it says I have the capability of using Sirius... is that the antenna and tuner needed to make it work?

 

Unfortunately for me and your wallet, no this isn't what you need. You'll have to purchase a OEM tuner from the stealership (or online).

And a Sirius tuner (that has the actual Sirius ID number for connecting to their satellites). Those go from $25-50 on eBay.

sat radio is the ish!!! bump!! this is the best way to hook up a sat radio..i have the same thing but dont drive as much so i use the portable one around my house now...do you have the antenna?if not you might want to put that its needed.
