Hello, i haven't seen an ad like this but hopefully it works. i have two rooms for rent in my house which is being occupied by female UCR students and we would like to keep it that way. the house and the neighborhood are very quiet. you will have access to the whole house including a four car drive way and a two car garage the prices includes the following utilities: water, gas, trash, electricity, and wireless internet. The master bedroom has its own full bath and walk in closet $650. the regular room has enough space to fit a queen size bed comfortably and has to share the bathroom with one other girl. the house is 5 minutes from UCR and RCC by car bike, we are located in the intersection of Kansas and University in the city of riverside. contact me for more info.
