Air ride is always better since you have that option of going high or low in seconds. So yeah. Just me know

 

im confused with the whole coil coversthing. do they give you a drop or just better suspension

 

Coilovers give you the option of rasing or lowering your car manually. Some allow you to adjust the dampening to make the ride more stiff or smooth I believe. Some will give you a better ride. Pretty much it.

and this would be the same as buying new springs and struts? what is the drop on these?

Yup it will.! All you have to do is switch your top mounts from your stock struts to these and pretty much just install. Uhh jot to sure on the drop I believe it's a bit more than 3" all around. I had them maxxed out. Check my pic thread for pics. But it gives you a good drop maxxed out or just dropping it a bit.
