The Release Series 1 of Scion was a limited-edition release option for the Scion xB RS1. Only 2100 RS1s were ever produced, each with a plaque mounted inside the vehicle stating the edition number.
Each release got it's own exclusive special color not found on any other xB: This RS1 was dipped in Hot Lava, and offered a unique appearance and included performance enhancements.

My xB comes extra with

Matching orange powder-coated strut tie-bar brace under the hood, a billet grille on the front, and a Rear Spoiler.

Inside the interior enhancements are designed to match the exclusive Hot Lava body paint.

My xb has a Pioneer 6 Disc AM/FM CD Changer that also has the display change 10 different color. The radio is also Satellite ready and can play mp3! My xB is illuminated with orange cold cathode lights under the dash dash, under the seat and in the cup holder. The seats also are special RS1 fabric with black fabric with orange highlights. There is a numbered plaque applied to the inside so you know you are getting a genuine limited edition Release Series.
