SoCal : 2004 Scion xB BSP-MT
I am selling my 2004 Scion xB BSP Manual Transmission Scion xB.
It currently has 87k miles; half freeway/half city driving.
I would say it is in good condition. Kelly Blue Book lists the following:
Good
$6,805
* Free of any major defects.
* Clean title history, the paints, body, and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems.
* Little or no rust on this vehicle.
* Tires match and have substantial tread wear left.
* A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail.
Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.
Fair
$5,955
* Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition.
* Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional.
* Tires may need to be replaced.
* There may be some repairable rust damage.
I would say my vehicle would be in the middle of fair and good.
There are some upgrades to exhaust system and airflow of the vehicle to help assist with the fuel efficiency; also handling was improved with a few add-ons.
**Trailer Hitch Installed** $300 value included.
There are some things that would need to be fixed but are not necessary and do not affect the vehicles performance.
1. AC system: The return line has a hole in it making the system unable to hold freon; you just need to take it to a shop and they can repair pipe and recharge system so it will be good as new.
2. The passenger side: lower side skirt was removed due to some damage to the skirt itself.
Asking price: $6000 (taking into account the above optional repairs) I have clean title in hand*
Great deal for anyone looking for a fuel efficient, spacious, practical vehicle. Hate to see it go but I need to take care of some finances.
Pictures upon request
