Ok, seriously, I used to live in this one-horse town NE of San Diego called Ramona and that looks just like the road to get "up the hill" to Ramona. I was coming "down the hill" one afternoon and basically saw that same thing happen. It was a Ford Contour. That driver wasn't so lucky.
