Just moved to scottsdale and need help

Hey everybody, I just moved to Scottsdale from Tucson and I need some help with a project. Ive had a supercharger in my possession for about 4 months and I want to get it installed. The problem is I no longer have a shop I can go to, or the tools to do it. Is there somebody in the phoenix area that likes to drink beer and install things in cars???

ILL BUY THE BEER!!!!

Thanks, Dan

I don't know ____ about superchargers, but I am more than willing to lend an extra pair of hands if needed. Just let me know when you guys will be working on it and if I don't have anything going on I'll stop by and help.

Well I done a few tC turbo installs idk how much different the supercharger is i would assume part easier ( no charge piping) but mostly harder ( Fin pulleys) ... you do know that u lose about 3 years of warranty installing it yourself?

My warranty gave up on me a few months ago and I refuse to let a shop touch my car. Too many bad experiences with this car and the shop already. Besides the s/c will be a much more fulfilling experience knowing that I did the install and can take credit for it.

Wow thanks for the quick response everybody, just one more question though. Does anybody know where I can get my ECM re flashed for free? or close to free?

w00st3r 01-22-2007 04:01 PM

you can get your trouble from check engine light codes cleared at autozone for free, but any farther than that someone else might be able to answer better for you.

DO NOT DO THAT... the supercharger is picky you HAVE to take it to the dealer they are the ONLY ones that can do that.. the ECU is locked down like crazy..
