November 21st Toy Drive Car Show @ Avondale Toyota/Scion.

The Car show is to help raise toys for Youth all around the valley. The toys must be brand new and unopened. Car show will cost you a minimum of two toys(But Feel free to donate as many as you want). It is free for spectators but as stated before feel free to donate toys. So no cash involved just two toys to register.

Gonna be awards as well just to name a few, Best Scion, Best Honda, Biggest Club turnout, Best Paint, Best Under Construction etc...

Raffles, food, Music and more

This is the date and location for the toy drive car show I am putting together. Time is going to be (11-12noon still working that out)-4p.m roll in about 30 minutes prior for registration. This car show is open to all cars but we know scions do it the biggest so lets get a roll call to see roughly how many of us can go roughly.
I want to see a big turnout.

Also i am looking for a few vendors who would be willing to set up a booth and donate a few things for raffles. I have a couple vendors already setup but need a few more. If you are interested in being a vendor please Email me at Dezzzzzxb@gmail.com. Thanks

I'm in. Your best bet on this is to talk to the clubs & ask them to post this on their respective sites. Mark @ Scionetics, Eric @ Aftermath, Jason @ Scikotics, James @ SA, etc. I'll post it up on the AS site. I'd ask for help/suggestions on getting things organized, too. A lot of these guys have tons of knowledge that they don't mind sharing...take advantage of that & run with it...//TJ

thanks for the tip tj, yeah i posted it up on aftermath, here and soon azht. ive been doing pretty good so far go some good pointers from eric, i found a few sponsors, got 98.3 to come out and help. Have a bunch of student volunteers, workin on trophies now etc... most important thing is gettin the cars to come out. gonna make flyers soon and ill be handing them out to everyone i know so if you want i can give you a stack to pass out too. ill be going to pavs/91st and northern in a few weeks to pass em out as well.
