Recommend an Ohio mechanic that you trust?

Not for a Scion but a 1999 Camry V6. The local dealership asked for 400 dollars for new brake pads installed and, unless they're Endless Performance pads or something, I'm not cool with that. If anyone has a Toyota mechanic that you know and trust to do the job well without over charging I'd appreciate the information.

I'm in California and the car is in Ohio so I'd really appreciate a recommendation.
