ladies and gents we have a problem...i have a problem...putting my new headers on today, thought i would have a problem getting them off, but that went smoothly. torquing the new ones on to spec. snapped a bolt off in the head. ( @$#^$&$*#&$*) yea this is not good. i wont be able to take them off and get a good look until monday. im hoping there is enough bolt sticking out that i can get some vice grips on there or something to remove the bolt. otherwise i get ONE chance to drill and extract it out of the head. also did i mention that its on the back of the motor so its a blind shot, using mirrors or whatever i can to make this happen. on top of that, hopefully my new header doesnt warp especially since the stock one is pretty much garbage. wish me luck... i really hope this wont effect my trip to exposed!

 

double nut it. I had 3 bolts break on mine. i just double nutted what was left of the stud and it came out like nothing.

 

what up peeps ...so i have been reading about scion exposed. i am officially registered =D i see that people are going friday and sat? i just need to get clarification on why people are doing both days. im sure there is a roll call for this event somewhere and if some one can direct me so i can add myself would be sweet. if there isn't we should start it lol. i don't have much access to internet anymore so if you guys could let me know asap i would appreciate it.

I decided against doing the header and s pipe, I got it up in the air, all the shields off, lubed up all the nuts and then seen the big ole' honkin scuba tank that everyone talks about. I didnt realize how big it was. So I'm having someone delete the tank, run new pipe, and reposition the muffler, and while its up on a lift then do the header and s pipe.

My order from FastScion.com came quick, they emailed me the tracking numbers the next day and my invoice. Awesome!
NeverEnoughAuto.com on the other hand is ____ing me off. I asked them to email me my tracking number, no ah ah. No big brown truck, no nothing, fffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu !

 

thanks scott!, checked out the xceed site, lots of great ideas...except for the cant see it part. haha, i will hopefully take everything off tuesday when my new studs and bolts get here and pray to god that i can get some vice grips on the broken one.

I should have enough abs plastic left to make someone that has a tc a rear diffuser. I have a picture of it in my build thread in the forced induction forum and also in the aero and exterior forum. Check it out if you want one.

 

My exhaust should be done by Thurs., Neverenoughauto.com is really screwing me over, they should have shipped my intake a week and a half ago. They are just getting around to shipping it today, atleast thats what they told me, no tracking number yet.

I just have to get around to painting the calipers on both of them, wash and detail and I'm good to go.
