hi everyone, seems like sundays work best, although only a few people voted. heh. i thought it would be nice to stop off at the dealership sometime during the run, but i just found out that they're still closed on sundays!

let's start planning the route! any suggestions? i was thinking like 1/2 a day of driving or so...start in the morning around 8 or 9 am.

Haha, I can sympathize!

We could stop off at Starbucks before we start it up, for all the caffeine addicts... (like myself ) as for a route, I don't know... maybe through Alamoana beach park to show off the "New Breed", and Waikiki, and we could push our way around other populated areas, like Kahala Mall side, HI Kai, pass Hanauma Bay, and Blow Hole, around to the Windward side...

Doesn't matter to me, it'd just be nice to get up and out on a lazy day like Sunday and go anywhere.

how long you think that run will take? or will we be done by lunch? or should this take us till about 3 or 4 maybe even 6 in the evening? just trying to get an estimate on time. maybe slide in a few more stops? is there any where to stop on the windward side?

hey marshall, thanks for the suggestion. meeting at the jamba juice airport lot will probably be a good idea considering there's lotsa parking! or even meeting at keehi lagoon.

i'm fine with that route...i just thought it would be nice to start at 9 am and be able to stop for lunch around 12 or 1 pm (someplace with lotsa parking) and then start heading back to town. of course, people who wanna continue on can lengthen the run.

keep the suggestions coming. i'd like to finalize the route and info by the end of the week so we can spread the word!!

windward mall sounds cool too. then i can run in check out prototype for some new music and see if kavet is working and bug the hell out of him. (kav's the fella who put that urban sk8 event together at the scion grand opening) ok that's a little extreme can't abandon ya folks on the cruise.

start at jamba juice (well my wife will like that idea, ain't a big fan of overpriced drinks, get me a supersize diet and that's good to go)

head towards the airport, jump on h-1 go to h-3

jump off the kaneohe exit get on to kahekili

turn on that street to windward mall. take a short break, bathroom time if anyone needs it.

get back on the road, get on kamehameha head towards kailua.

can go either kaneohe bay drive or go to pali and go to maunawili way to kailua

get on to kalanianaole (spelling?) head towards waimanalo. stop off at jack in the box in waimanalo in case we get split up and can regather?

head towards sandys, take another breather there

head towards town, ok this part not to sure? cause there's 10 million ways to go? any suggestions?

places with wide open parking lots for photos are great!
i'm a little worried about big hills as 108hp doesn't haul much a$$. but then again, we are on a leisurely drive.

keep the suggestions coming.

who wants to lead the drive?!

i will pass on the lead, especially with my front all zebra looking (scraped several times going in or out of driveways). i need to get it painted or look for another front spoiler. and it doesn't help i reversed into some lady who could not park in the lines properly today. i got 2 black eyes on my rear bumper. hey my box looks like a backwards zebra now

Yea but if we have 20 108 HP Scions we have 2160 horses all together and we can just push each other up the hill. LOL
