you still can join up sendin your app.. you need 10 to make it an offical chapter. IF no one make the move than SE will never get started on Guam.

We just need someone to have the drive to make it work and run the chapter..

so do i have to really snail mail the app or can i just email it with a credit card number?and i think ill be able to get one up.. i found a guy with an xb and his brother has friends with 4 scions counting mine thats already like 6 guys willing to try to compete with scioNRG here...but i know its just for the fun of the hobby

I have tried posting on the SE site under guam, and have had no responses. I dont know how many on the island are apart of SE.
