Default Car Chalk victim

So some cheerleader friends of mine chalked my car, Sadly it rained that same day and so the chalk didnt want to come off at all. In the process of removing it from my drivers side window i scratched the window (only visible from the inside if the light hits it) and scratched it a little more deeply (i can actually feel it with my nail) on the back window. The worst part is the chalk thats on the hatch (paint) of the car, which I was told should come off if i get it professionaly buffed or detailed.

Soooooo

Anyone know how I can fix the scratched glass problem or a place around that will do it ?
Also a place that can buff or get the chalk off the hatch of the car ? (might as well just have them detail the whole car while im at it)

I would test the knowledge of one of the local supply shops, maybe a NAPA store. Ask which if the wax/polish products will take the chalk off properly. Also, try the wesbites for a few of the companies that make the products and see what they recommend. Some of them even have toll free numbers to get professional advice on their products.
