I plan to put together a event where we will give out Scion Schwag. This is not going to be a Scion show, just an adult event. We will host it in Gaithersburg, MD at a popular venue. We will "sponsor" the band and also some type of contest with a cash prize, probably a dance contest. I will try and find a way to provide some Scion owners with VIP seating.

Otherwise, as a general event the idea is to just promote Scion with my dealer as the sponsor. If I like the venues suggestion, we will have a liquor company also there to promote (give away) samples and their own schwag also.


I have a few ideas on what to give out with Scion logos but would love some input. What makes sense, what would you either wear, display, or for lack of a better way of saying it - what would you not just hide away? What would you put your name and contact info on an info card in return for?


Everything will be Scion branded, will probably have our info also.

I want to get some mid sized nerf *****, maybe soccer ones? That is a popular sport, and can be used. How about microfiber towels?


Probably some ball caps, t-shirts, keychains unless that is just over done and not gonna appeal to people?


Oh, is a dance contest for a small cash (or gift card) prize appealing? if not, what else that a dealership can responsibly promote?

shirts and hats are always cool. how about scion seatbelt pads? I've always wanted a set for my tC, but never found any i like made by either toyota or scion or TRD logo on them. something kinda like this:

i actually have those in my BMW and my passengers, as well as myself love them.

oh, and a dance contest is a good idea, granted i can't dance.

some trophies would be pretty cool a few small car accessories.
