PTUNING: 15,000 Sq/ft State-of-the-art Facility (56K beware)
Sorry for the belated announcement, but we would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company PTUNING as an official vendor on this forum. Many of you know us as the company that built the Turbo tC for the Scion Mid-Atlantic Corp. We've also met many members at our Scion GTG, car shows, and HIN events that we've attended in the past few years.
A little bit about our company:
We've been in the performance parts business since 1998. In 2004, we decided to expand into the servicing and installation aspects of the performance parts industry. After 2 years of permits, design, and construction, we finally completed the construction of what we believe is a one-of-a-kind tuner-shop facility in North America.
Our facility offers the following services:
-4-wheel 3D imaging alignment with inground-lift to accommodate lowered vehicles. If you're looking to get your alignment back to spec, or if you're looking for a UK-spec alignment, or even if you want a custom-alignment for auto-x or roadracing, we have the equipment and know-how to make it happen.
-Touch-less robotic tire mounting and tire balancing with sonar radial runout. If you've just bought a set of expensive volk wheels, and you don't want to risk getting it scratched by taking it to your local garage, we have the proper equipment to mount and balance wheels/tires without leaving a single scratch. Our tire changer is also the official tire changer for all Ferrari dealerships.
-Custom Dynocell-enclosed AWD dyno-tuning. We spared no expense to have Dyno Dynamics build us a 2400WHP Steady State, quad-retarder AWD loading- dynanometer. This dyno is a one-of-a-kind setup in North America. In addition to the dyno, we had a custom sound-abatement dynocell built to our spec. The dynocell is equipped with two 500lb. radial exhaust fans, generating over 65,000cfm of air flow. The fans not only extract heat and exhaust from the vehicle on the dyno, but it also constantly draws fresh air from the outside into the dynocell. This means that your car will be in the same state of tune when it leaves our facility as it did on our dyno.
Our tuner received his EFI Advanced Tuner Certification from EFI University. EFI University is the only EFI-tuning accredition program in the country. In addition, he was also certified by Greddy to setup and tune the E-Manage Blue and Ultimate. He also has extensive knowledge in setting up and tuning other ECU/EMS systems, including the AEM EMS, Hondata S300 & Kpro, Electromotive TEC3, Split Second, VAFC & SAFC, and more. We've installed and tuned countless numbers of supercharger and turbocharger kits for the xA, xB, and tC.
-Full servicing and installation of all aftermarket performance products. We specialize in turbo and supercharger installation and tuning, as well as, suspension upgrades and alignments.
-Minor fabrication including TIG & MIG welding
-Nitrous Refills
-Nitrogen tire inflation (Coming Soon)
-Corner balancing (Coming Soon)
-CO2 Refill (Coming Soon)
-and much more...

I recommend all my customers here at Lustine Scion over to Ptuning for all their performance needs. Im never worried everytime i drop my car off at Ptuning and know my car will always turn out better than i expected when I pick it up.

That shop looks phenomenal! All my friends in Se NoVA always talk the place up and speak VERY highly of you guys. I need to check out the shop, looks nice and clean!

The east coast and northren virginia is blessed to have a shop that i believe one would normally find on the west coast. Not only do i trust ptuning to work on my car, i even bring my wifes to have regular oil changes. No where will i find quality service, competant service men, knowledgable service, and a shop that feels like home. I refer anyone in the N.Va area to ptuning, and know that they know what their doing. If it sounds like im hyping up ptuning (i am). To this day never have i heard anything negitive, or been turned away. Because you know i am the alignment record holder. Classy folks, good at what they do, and i am glad the d.c. area has my shop.
