Yeah, it was one of those really weird things...I'm driving to work,not 30 seconds from the parking lot when Wham! Something slams into my side making this lovely personallity mark. I had it estimated yesterday, anywhere from $525 to $900 to fix, depending on the place I go to. And no, I have no idea what caused this, if I did, it'd make my day.

Yeah, I know right? lol. It happened right next to the runway too. Even the body shop guys had no idea what did this.

Then today, to add on to my week it seems, I find out I have an assignment to Korea. Lucky me........

deep too. made an indention inside the fenderwell also. if you go to the other two pictures, you'll see the scratch on the door. Now, it makes sense that the dent and the door should match sort of but the lip of the door is perfect. No damage to it. This dent went under the door and managed to scratch the side.

I have never seen anything quite like that. lol I think it was a UFO!!

Is this near a back wheel? If so, my hunch is a object off the pavement getting spun out from under the front wheels and a one-in-a-million projectory odd... and WHAM!

Yes. Scion provides you with the band-aids in the emergency kit you were given with the car. They are in with your Owner's Manual, in the pocket on the other side of the zippered kit... :P

Was a plane landing/taking off at the time? If so, maybe they flushed the toilet and you got hit by the poo... :rofl:

How fast were you going?

I don't remember any of the 16's taking off or landing then and I was going 40. That's max speed for that part of the base. I'm workin on getting up the $500 deductible so I can get it fixed, and no the base won't pay for it...I already tried that one :D.
