Hey guys im new to this website but ive been on YSTC for a while and realized there is nobody near me (Connelly Springs, NC which is close to morganton and hickory) on there but i have learned alot from them and hope to learn and meet with other tC freaks like me more haha i have a 05 Indigo Ink Pearl tC that i got near the end of December and i just cant get enough im up for customization tips and criticism so hit me up

 

I live in Kinston NC. its about an hour from the beach. 4hrs and 30 min from you. I would still say thats not close

I've been paying it off haha. I made a deal with my fiance that I'd pay it off before I modded it. Gets quite expensive and I get too excited. So far just 15% tint and some cheap drag racing rims I got off of ebay for 400 bucks. Waste of money that was. September is the date though.

1) Body kit and repaint. got dings and dents from tree branches falling. etc.
2) Cold Air Intake
3) Everything else I can possibly think of. So much stuff. 2 much to list. My tC is technically a mod virgin.

 

I forgot I had 2 Kicker CVR's with a Power Acoustic 1600 watt amp but gave it to my lady for her birthday 2 years ago. Another regret.

My car needs some T.L.C. before I start modding though. I just ordered lift supports for my hatch today. Spark plugs / wires.

yeah. wont be too bad. I can work overtime and I figure if I get the big expensive stuff out of the way first then it should start coming together pretty quickly.

thanks! theyre MB Weapon rims but I have added a blue vinyl strip around the edge of each for a lil more blue. done a lot but this vid i made covers it. im down to meet up!
since the vid I added a knight rider scanner thing in my grille bc i was bored lol

nah i dont really ride w anybody and i try to stay up on all the meets but i work a LOT so i dont get to go to many of them. i know theres a weekly meet at buffalo wild wings every thursday night here in charlotte and a meet every saturday night at a Cookout in Concord but other than that, theyre pretty sporadic

Yeah I figured and I gotta question does removing the snorkle actually help any?

 

the snorkle? if you mean the factory air intake, its negligible. you may gain 4-5hp but an air intake is mostly for looks

 

yeah i took it off no difference really just sound and its not that impressive...

Nice looking TC there Testa i live in Wilmington btw and il upload some pics of my RS3 soon but hey did you install your own coils or springs ? Looking for a place or some help to install some coil-overs i got. I have friends that live in Charlotte and go up there sometimes.
