I think its about time for a meet again!
i didnt make it to the last meet on the 24th becasuse my car was in the shop (rear-ended)..
so im itching to meet again!!!

 

You can count us in!! We have already told the guys from Xtreme Scion WI that we would love to take a road trip and come to cheeseland for a meet!

If anybody has any ideas about date/time/place, I would be happy to help get things going, if needed!

 

If you guys have some info on dates and such. Sounds like that would be a good time.

 

Maybe we should try to have a Holiday meet sometime in December. We could forgo prizes and do Toys for Tots or something.

Just an idea...I don't know of any indoor places, but we could always use our showfloor, or meet at a restaurant or something. We could always meet at MOA, and park them all on the top floor. During December, I bet we would draw a crowd of people looking!!

Anybody have any ideas??

Lets get some trophy's , some prizes, free scion stuff... food.. im sure a few dealerships would love to sponsor such an event.. Maybe we could even get KDWB or 93x out???

Possibile toys for tots run to Kare 11 (they always do that on tv..get some press coverage..)

That would be cool, I can talk to my sister, she has a few friends in the biz around the cities. I think it would be a good way to not get kicked out of the mall parking lot too lol. What date do you have in mind? After we decide on that i can make some calls.

Also Kelly was telling me about a possible meet at the Avril Lavigne concert for scions on dec. 11th. I dont have the printout with me, or i would post the info.

 

Good choice @ the MOA - plenty of clubs to go to after the meet...

Just make sure its after 11/26 (I dont pick up my NEW TC until the 26th)

 

If we could get MOA to sponsor or support the meet that would be amazing. I'm not in PR but I'm sure they could use the press to go along with the new stores that are opening (Puma, comes to mind.)

I could also see MOA security giving us trouble if the turn out is large enough.
If one they had an xB as a security vehicle.

 

I think it would be awesome to have a holiday show.

Once a date is selected, we will then set out the search for sponsors and prizes.
personally i like the 18th or the 19th, because it gives us more planning time.. We could even go into January..but that leaves out toys for tots.

 

I have a friend that works at 93X, I can see if there is anything he can do.

Everyone I really want to get settled on a date soon. I cant do it any saturday in december. I have class from 8am to 5pm, but can do it after that time. Sunday would be best for me. But its not about what I can do, its about the majority. We just need to get a date set soon to get these toys out to the kids. (Toys for tots)

We are in the process of getting hoodies/ or long sleeved shirts made with the logo slickrick created. That too needs to be decided, as far as what logo we want. Let me know, post up on what date work's for your WI guys and we will have that as the deciding factor. Lets work with some urgency though on a date, things are coming up fast.

I am good with a sunday or a late saturday, I won't be able to make it if its on Dec 18th or 19th. Unfortunatly I have to visit the wonderful state of Iowa, I am going to see my mother for X-mas. I really look forward to this show and can't wait to meet the MN club.
