Default can anyone install goldlines (north nj area)

i got some gold lines coming my way.. anyone have experience with swapping them out? or know a good place to go to get it done? i know i should do it myself but i lack the tools and knowhow.... would it make sense to install the one ton garage spacers too? you know at the same time?

thanks in advance...

the spring install will take you at least 15-20 mins. depending if you have the right tools. i'd go with the spacers too and install them at the same time, hitting 2 birds with one rock. good luck bro.

movin' to CC.........

do you know anyone besides shops that would help me out? possibly even do it for me... i know its probably a matter of few bolts and a spring compressor but my lack of experience with cars keeps the seed of doubt alive... im willing to pay them for their efforts...

Try this guy out:

His name is Jeff and has done numerous installations for members here in SL and for a reasonable price. Here is his profile here on SL:

I'd recommend him b/c he did mine! He's in Toms River, which, if you don't know, is near Seaside Heights.

I am in Bristol & would be glad to do them for you. I did mine & helped ExciteBox do his Tanabe's. It is not hard but does take longer than 20 mins even with the right tools.

Only problem is I have no garage so it would be a driveway install, got to be a decent day to do it. I am also not in Jersey . I am located located 20mins. from Burlington Bristol Bridge & also 20 mins. from Philly.

You can wait on the spacers that is as easy as popping off your tires & adding them whenever. If you are doing shims that would be recommended during the install.

Hope this helped & good luck !!!

jeff does a great job. i'm actually looking to get a bunch of stuff installed also on my new tc when it gets in-hopefully he'll be doing my springs, shocks, and sways. he's just kinda far away, but for the price and the fact that he does a great job-it's worth it. anyone do stereo installs around Long Island? i can't deal with paying a stereo shop that much money to do it, and i can't install anything right now cuz my back and neck are all types of screwed up.

Did my whole car in 3 hours. I was in and out. Just giving my thoughts i think he may be worth the drive down here. Lol its easy for me to say i only lived 10 mins away.
