December 9, 2002: TopClassHost. I hope you die.

Well, you might have noticed that the forums are down. This is due to server problems we've been having for a few weeks. TopClass decided to be kind enough to fix them by trashing the old server and giving us a new one. The problem with this is that the UBB thinks we're still on the old one and is confused. So it won't work. They're giving us one free month of hosting after the contract expires now, but that doesn't solve the problem. I'm going to have Ash contact them tomorrow and demand that they fix this themselves. I don't know how in all honesty and neither do Ash or Solidus as far as I know. Hopefully, we can have this cleared up in a few days

I share my site on a sdual Xeon server with 1GIG+ ram and SCSCI drives. It is shared with 2 other big sites supposedly but when I signed up for new smaller sites to host, they ended up ont he smae server so that makes me suspicious as to how man there truely are!!??! I am with topclasshost.com, was pretty happy until the site got too big and 80% of my emails never are answered by the guy in England. I need some sort of SLA agreement and soemone who I can contact whenit goes down.
