Uhm, does any one here ("LOCAL" i.e. NOR-CAL) have a stock intake for sale. I have a wife, so I can't do pay pal, credit card, or shipping. I can meet, and I can pay cash.

Wait a minute, your telling us that a cop actually pulled you over and "asked" you to pop your hood? If he/she did, what was the reason that they gave you? I don't know what happened or where you were but it seems that the cop was running out of things to get you on if he/she asked you to do that.
