What are some good recommendations for the 08 scion tc!i just dropped a
greddy Ti-c with s pipe

 

Just to give you a heads up, you might want to change it to looking for a header instead of headers. Other then that I've heard the alphawerks header if pretty good if you can still find one.

Go with our Weapon-R headers for the TC. Best gains for any tc header.

my car is an 08 not between 05-07 unless it still fits!what is your input on an OBX header. im trying to find out if there good

 

try and call them i have the weapon r headers and man let me tell you it made a huge difference car felt quicker also

 

bought the obx headers from ebay... sold it in less than a month.. sounds horrible

 

save the money for a turbo or supercharger

I have the MMW ( Weapon R) header. It's a really nice header... DC rasps like no other, well they all do.. but the mmw doesn't sound so bad.

Thing about ebay is... "you get what you pay for"

 

For a 4-1 header I would either get the DME or Alphawerks header.
For the 4-2-1 header I would get the MMW header.

Rasp comes with every single header, so expect it. And like An6e1o82 said, "You get what you pay for"

im suppsed to be getting my headers today! if i install them and get the CEL and later on buy the cel fix ! will the light go off! reason being once i get the headers i wanna install them and i ordered the cel fix but it wont arrive untill like friday or next week!

 

Nothin yet because im saving up for a turbo, believe me..once you have driven or even sat in a car with a turbo...you wont wanna go back to n/a. Its a whole different feeling. Plus if you wanna buy I/H/E go for it, whatever floats your boat. I just suggested turbo because its more power. With an intake upgrade you cant even spank an civic si. Oh but if you were to go for an intake go Arc.

 

my cousin is in the bakersfield chapter for scion sikotics! but why do you say we cant spank hondas! my cousin raced a acura rsx type s and spanked it by two cars..too make it worst he raced two guys with the same car.still beat them...and he only has and injenCAI and a jdm exhaust!its the driver

 

True but if you had two guys of the same skill but driving different cars well one of the other car will eventually win. Scion tC can take almost any car within range of price off the dig but around 3 gear the other car usually pulls away because of the lack of hp from the tC. Im just sayin CAI's dont do a tremendous amount of difference. Dont believe me? Put a tC with a CAI on a dyno. Even if you improve your hp gains by 10..you think thats a lot? Drop a Dezod turbo in and you will see gains from 100 to 300 hp along with tq improvements

it will go off eventually if you use the cel fix, but i would wait =)
