Oh yeah I can praise to that (from a 300ZX TT to the tC, first week of driving i was at ~15mpg, no joke.) Compared to turbo, the tC feels like you just got kicked in the *****.

As for the anti-fouler, I would say get that installed before the header. When the CEL comes on, you're driving in safe mode (I believe), and that should reduce your overall performance. Not to mention your MPG reduction also.
