Default Best Wide or Regular Body Kit for the tc

Speed on the tc for me has now reached its max until i can get the turbonetics turbo kit t3/t4 in at tax time, but right now im doing all my show detailing now i need a new body kit, what do you guys suggest is a good one preferrably suggest a wide body one and regular body kit... also if anyone knows where to get it installed and to get a whole new paint job on it that would be great, im thinking of the flint mica turning into a two tone paint job black and red

"Best" will come down down what you like the most and what you can afford to make fit flawlessly. Do you want subtle or do you want crazy?

Obviously I'm biased since I have owned both, butttt...

Wide: AIT Racing (www.aitracing.com)
Reg: Kaminari (www.kaminari.com)

I had the urethane Kaminari kit on before I went wide and it was seriously THE BEST KIT EVER. It installed in a breeze with NO fitment issues and the urethane held up SO well to rock chips and road grime. I'm convinced its the hands down best streetable kit on the market.

As for the AIT Racing WB, I did do a few modifications to "clean up" the front and rear design aspects of the kit. As with any WB kit, its not going to fit perfectly right outta the box and you'll have to definitely cut your front and rear fenders - so once you go wide, there is no option of going back. I think any WB kit looks 100% better molded as opposed to just bolted on - so take that into consideration too ;)

it all depends on what you personally like, asking for suggestions is fairly pointless because as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Go wide only if you are looking to spend a lot of money and not drive it daily. (in my opinion)

But I gotta agree with cycne, the kaminari is sweeeet.

for regular kits the Kaminari is probably the hottest one out.........also the newly released 5 Axis kit for the tC is nice and a little more subtle...I like the front and rear of the kaminari but the sides of the 5axis.......kaminari sides are a bit busy......but nice.....and the Kaminari rear wing is very nice........wish i had found it prior to putting my stock wing on.........
