Well the wife and I finally did it we bought a house a little scary but, its all good because I will have a bigger garage the present one. So now when people come over to work on Scions we can actually pull them in out of the rain. and the house is nice to.

Buying a house is a scary thing, but you will feel much better when you start making YOUR house payments, not someone elses, lol

we have been living in my wifes, brothers house for dirt cheep saving up so we could put alot down on the house, we just felt it was the right time. And I wanted my own garage.

Congratulations! Buying (and refinancing like we're doing right now) is a lot of work! I hope there are no unexpected kinks from now until closing (we were to sign two days ago but now need a dude to come out and watch our water run for 4 hours @ $88 an hour). I hope your hand signing hand is all rested up, lol!

congrats on the house !!! when we bought ours, we signed like 50 pages "sign here, here, here, and here ... oh and here too." haha.

just waiting for escro to call for the final stuff. I just want my garage. I have already gone a bought the best garage door opner Sears had. I wil have to have you every one over when we get in.

congrat's man I bought my first house way back in 89' and have bought and sold since and have done well on each one. It is kinda cool since you kinda just keep climbing the ladder adn getting nicer houses as you go.
