As you all know, my Tc was hit in the parking lot, and now I'm fighting with USAA. They are claiming that it was my fault because I saw her reverse lights and continued to try and pass her. Therefore, USAA denied my claim for insurance.

Now, this is where you come in, I need witnesses to what happened and I need them soon, since my insurance company is taking them to court. If anyone saw or know anything the better.

Sorry I didn’t actually see the accident happen. I thought the law was if you are going straight then you have the right of way. The person backing out has to watch and make sure it is clear before they back out. Even if you see someone has their reverse lights on that does not mean you have to stop.

it's okay, no USAA won't fix it, I've called numerous of times, but they still haven't returned my phone call. I thought that was the law too, but apparently USAA won't fix it because of the lady who hit me.
