midnight mountain run
took these last night after work, cruised up to check out the mountain in the moon light, a little dark, tried to lighten them more but this is about the best they get, if only I had a better camera, oh well, enjoy...

That's pretty cool. Wow... I don't know if I've ever noticed the mountains in the moonlight or if I even could. I'll have to remember to check it out some night.
That second picture is the best, in my opinion. It doesn't look like you used flash though... maybe that would of sharpened up the car? Night shots are so tricky. I just take like 3 gazillion of them and hope for maybe, just maybe, one decent one out of the lot.

doug, had a tripod in the back of the car but after the first shot was so dark, I just shot a few quick ones, plus it was windy, if i had a DSLR, i would've set up the tripod and shot several dozen pics from diff angles and such. Eric, the roads were very iced over in places, just a nice quiet drive, no one around, one wrong move and someone will find you in the morning, maybe, lol. The brightness of a full moon on the snow, would've been better after a fresh powder, is cool, almost like having street lights, check it out next time we have a clear night and a good moon, whenever that will be, lol.
