Yup, any body shop should be able to fix 'er up.

JamesTC_Silver 01-05-2008 05:54 PM

i hope so, but this car is kind of like a girlfriend to me, its fine to look but dont touch!!! i freak when people get close to it so i park away from everything lol i know im weird

dugzilla 01-05-2008 06:02 PM

you might be able to take care of that yourself, it doesn't look like it went through the clearcoat. You should be able to polish it out then wax and it will look like new. (assuming that it didn't go through the clearcoat)

CRUZtc8 01-05-2008 06:06 PM

try some Meguiar's SCRATCH X.

ibnboxin 01-05-2008 06:19 PM

umm james i know the car is new. but unless you own this car. i think a girlfriend would be better

jaxtcracer 01-05-2008 08:31 PM

that sucks bro. i have a large scratch on my front driver's door that i haven't gotten fixed either. let me know how much it costs you if you end up taking it to a body shop

JamesTC_Silver 01-05-2008 08:35 PM

yeah im goin to take it into the dealership but i know someone there so i doubt they will charge me anything but im goin to try some scratch x first

Importspeed 01-05-2008 08:36 PM

my lancer had one that went from the front passenger door all the way to the back passenger door and it was all the way to the metal, lets just say somebody had a problem with me because i knew something and didnt want to get involved so the only way to get me back was doing that. i wish i took a pic to post it on here.

JamesTC_Silver 01-05-2008 08:38 PM

its a kinda deep scratch but why would someone key my damn front bumper underneath the headlight lol

Importspeed 01-05-2008 08:46 PM

LOL because you live in aberdeen LOL and well i am just joking around. because some people hate people with new cars

JamesTC_Silver 01-05-2008 09:08 PM

BZinn1 01-05-2008 09:54 PM

Try some scratchX first and polish with a buffer...............probably get most of it out with out a problem.

Adorian 01-05-2008 11:25 PM
