Seattle's Waterfront Streetcar - Dead
Sad but true news, the City of Seattle and other agencies have pulled their money out of the new barn for the Waterfront Streetcar that ran from 5th and Jackson to Broad Street yesterday after delays from developer, Greg Smith. The decision also comes as the cars may be sold or converted for other future Streetcar uses.

The Streetcar line will return after reconstruction of the Alaskan Way Waterfront in 2018/2019 but with modern streetcars.

Dumbest thing I have ever heard! Seattle reminds me of the South Park ep. about the "Smug" clouds. Yes lets take out a landmark and Tousist attraction that actually MAKES MONEY FOR THE CITY, and replace it w/ ANOTHER sculputure park...way to go mr. Nichols....
