Toyota of Lake City Thanksgiving food drive.
 

So Victor and I were talking this morning and wanted to get some feedback on having a Thanksgiving food drive here at the dealership. I know that a lot of foodbanks are struggling this year and it would be great if we could help some needy families out.

Ideas?

What about pet food donations as well? I know....kinda my "thing". lol. But seriously, many struggling families have pets and they will likely share donations with them anyway. This gives entire families the ability to have a great Thanksgiving with full bellies :-)

Lindsay, you know I'm down for the pet food donations!! I would like to get with a local shelter or food bank and do a cruise with all the food we get and deliver it in Scions!!

I need somebody with awesome photoshop skills to help come up with a flyer for this. something with Toyota of Lake City, a couple of local cars that are participating and saying we are taking food donations to help the needy.

2 months since this was first posted I'm gonna assume that this isn't going through, unless you folks were expecting the rest of us to plan everything. The turn out is gonna be poor for this as Thanksgiving is right around the corner and no actual date or time has been given. Unfortunate, this coulda been a success for the Scion community :(

Well there has been the VTR one in Everett for the past 4 years that only Turner and I ever donate to.....

Id be willing to throw some food there way. I wont be in the everett area till around 6 though.

There might be a reason why vtr hasn't gotten more donations from the Scion community.

Yes Scion department has been lacking in comparison to the Scooby doo's and Evo's when it comes to VTR's donations

For me, honestly, is that they are so far north that it's hard to get to them - that's my cop out reason ha ha ha ha ha
