HELP - HID w/ SMOKED or TINT

Im thinking about getting HID because im going to smoke or tint my head lights and tail lights. dose any have any idea what would be the best combo KELVIN : Tint/smoke %?

i dunno you might wanna go with a brights kelvin one of the guys from marvoulse scions has i think a yello tc with the job your looking for with the tinted head light you should checkem out i thin he goes by gargoyle
