How was your Sandy Springs Scion experience? I bought one of my three Scions
there and will never go back.

Default Sandy Springs

They did a good job for me. I worked with Jeff Peddycoart and Roy Riley. They worked hard to find me a RS 4.0.

I had a horrible experiance with Marietta Scion. Steve Howard is the worst - he said he had a RS 4.0 and when I called him to make the deal, he admitted he had no car.

The Sales Manager was no help either.

Wow, Sorry to hear that. I will pass that on to the Owner of Marietta Scion. Steve sold
me my RS 5 xB. I guess he knows better than to BS me. When we bought our RS 3 xB
from Sandy Springs, they told us it was in so we finalized the sale of my wifes SUV and
went to the dealership that afternoon. When we got there they told us that they had made
a mistake and the car didn't come in like they thought. I learned later that someone had
seen it on the truck so they sold it out from under us to this other customer. They
also messed up several of the other club members cars that they did service on.

I hope we can improve your Opinion of Marietta Scion as they are our club sponsor.
They let us have meeting space and we get a 10% discount on parts and service. They
do not have any control of the club but they do pay for our t-shirts and decals.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with Steve. I bought my '08 from him last summer and had a great experience with him. He's also a few Toyota's to other members of my family.

Nice Rs, btw. I really like the color on those.

I have got to agree with you that Ed is the best in Georgia. I just wish he wasn't
so far away.

I will give you all the support you earn. I am not the only one who has a bad experience
with your dealership. I hope that you have taken what you've heard and made changes
around that place. I'm afraid that the problem is with the top management and not fixable. I truly wish you to be successful.

You just had to go there didn't you.

So I guess I would have to add that when someone is selling snake oil, I just have to
point it out.

You throw around insults and then try to hide behind "One Love". Well that just
doesn't seem to go together. What I said was what happened and not just to me.
If you choose to keep throwing rocks on here, I'm willing to start tossing them back
to you.

I am here to do what Scion wants...but there is a reason that there was a break and are more then 1 Scion Clubs in Atlanta now....

In the end I am sorry for what happend 2+ years ago before I was here, but all is good now and Sandy Springs Scion is one of the highest ranked in the South East. If you need anything in the future I am here for you. I would appriciate it if we could more on.....Scion is moving forward...I am moving forward......and thats that.

One Love...Scion

I really don't want to get in the middle of this, since the post is about another owner and his tC...

But...

Baine was giving out information from his experience and nothing more, as well as stating that he would talk to the other dealership and find out why this person had a bad experience. Several of the people that had problems with the dealership you work for have resolved the issues and I personally have stated on several occasions, that you were the one that helped to resolve some of those issues.

I would say that the majority of us have all moved forward but commets about "someones big mouth" doesn't do anyone any good and just starts things on this forum that will not help anyone.

So, with all that said...I do have to ask why you would bring up the fact that "there is a reason that there was a break and are more then 1 Scion Clubs in Atlanta now..."

...Just what is that supposed to mean? I would love to hear your side of this. And who benefits from that type of comment?
