Hello everyone,
I've been DD'ing My Edelbrock Supercharger for 6 months now. The kit pushes 9psi. Not a single issue. I've got a boost gauge set up and I notice that I'm not on boost that often. If I stay below ~50% throttle I don't touch actual boost.
Granted you can still feel an increased sense of urgency when your not technically in boost. So unless your full throttle all day every day I really don't think reliability is a concern with a mild FI application.
I only have a couple of cons:

I only have a couple of cons:
- The car is a little more touchy taking off in 1st gear and can make for a little less smooth driving in traffic.
- Honestly I miss being able to take it to Redline 1st-3rd gears and not be breaking the law. I recently hopped in a buddies stock car and it felt surprisingly quick and I really enjoyed the feel of it. But I didn't have my instant punch it power
- So while FI is great, there is something to be said for how the stock car feels.
