Rattle from what sounds like under the Instrument Cluster is SUPER annoying!!

I live in a town that still has brick roads.
That rattle from what sounds like under the instrument cluster is SUPER annoying!!

I hope someone figures it out!! I own a FRS RS1 #727

Usually you can bang on stuff though until you can reproduce the rattle, then there are different ways to fix it depending on what/where it is. Foam tape is generally pretty good at fixing rattles.

I have felt under the dash and cluster to no avail. Also I have tapped or banged on every part of the drivers side. Even took off the steering wheel thinking it might be loose. I even went under the hood and tightened every bolt even remotely in that area....
My next thing is to see if the front speakers may be loose.
