Two First 86 cars have been delivered so far. They're saying everyone else will get an opportunity in June when they begin to hit dealers. I'll definitely be thoroughly test driving and inspecting one the first chance I get.

If you plan to put it on the track, and you dont mind never using the back seat... then the FR-S is for you.

I love my Genesis and I use the back seats a lot... but I loved driving the FR-S more on the track more.

well my dealer informed me that my Hot Lava FR-s will be in my hands in about 3 weeks but he has no info on add ons like a wing etc...I guess I will have to just wait till after the sale to get the add ons I want

Is it true this takes premium and sun roof isnt an option? was between an frs and gen coupe for my next car this year, hello genesis coupe.

yes it uses premium, and no there isn't going to be a factory sunroof option anytime soon, but i bet there will be dealers who will gladly charge for one to be installed.

Was deciding between them too but i think its gona be frs . 200hp idk but i think it will be worth it :) i dont race i speed lol and in cali u go over limit and booom ticked so sure ill try get more hp out of it but realy where do i use it? And for the couple track days per year i think it will do :) but my decision is not finalized in my mind lol

Well after seeing one of these in person last night i can honestly say that Toyota/Scion missed the mark with the front end of this car.... the Subaru variant looks so much better in my opinion. As much as i have loved my scions it looks like its gonna be time to convert over to the Subaru badge once more........ unless the sheetmetal is interchangeable between the two then i could consider keeping the scion badging.

well I acually really like the styling...I think the car will look different depending on the color. I respect the fact that not everyone will like everything so its great that we can buy 2 different styles of the same car:wink:

I do need to see this thing in person though and sit in / drive one. I have to drive the one I have a deposit on..haha after the long wait this thing better nock my socks off.

Oh don't get me wrong the overall styling is awesome and the pictures of it had me excited but seeing one up close and personal last night.....well the phrase "the face only a mother could love" comes to mind lol

What color was the one you saw last night?

It was the charcoal grey. It was parked in front of a bar I was going to last night. Saw it from the back and was like oh hello, admired it from behind then worked my way up the sides and was admiring the nice curves then saw the front of her and was like oh hell what did they do. Just did not seem to go with the styling of the rest of her. Even had to pull up the website to make sure I was looking at the right car lol
