??? ROTA Grind Concave 18x10 +30???

Found a deal on a set of Rota grids... 18x10 +30 but its a 2 hr drive to test fit them does anyone have pics or has anyone tried this yet?

Someone has tried 9.5" +38 Grids. 10" +30 will probably fit better.

I know jaewrek ran the 10's for a while as well.

Dont stick those sad over-used wheels on a FRS....Geesh...,..

user 7208230 08-12-2012 01:41 AM

^ That too, didn't realize this was an FR-S question. There are other reps/inexpensive wheels that would probably look better. Even Varrstoen would be another option if you like the TE/Grid style but not the price tag.

To each their own though.

They are too aggressive in the front even with coilovers and camber I dont think they would tuck.

Jon 08-12-2012 07:53 PM

Yes they would. That's mild as far as poke goes. You seem new to fitment, so I'd suggest doing a little reading. I'd hate for those brand new fenders to get messed up.

They would fit with a little camber and possibly a smaller tire sidewall looks to be to big.

Those would deffinately be able to fit real nice.

my god, so many people in this side of the site are babies. Put them on, stretch some tire and add some camber. Thats an easy fit. If we can fit wider on the tc, there is no reason you cant put wider on the frs....

^lol, agreeing!

Depends on how great of a deal you got, but there are better wheels out there than the Grids. Each to their own though. But, that fitment should look great.

Some people are just want to be practical when they have a daily driver. Yeah, you can add camber, stretch tires, and put coil overs but how long will that set up last?
