Default Tie rods

Okay so I changed my tie rods inner and outer and I had to replace them again because I bought low quality ones. I lost the exact measurements and low quality ones different from the Toyota OE ones. I need to know the exact mm of thread should be showing on each side?

If the number of threads showing on each side was determinant, the mfg would cut that number of threads and no more. What you probably need is a front-end alignment. A successful alignment will not necessarily result in the same number of threads on each side.
