Default A week old and just starting to build . . .

So far, the only kit Ive found is the Five AD aero kit which is OK and not crazy. Looking to get the wheels this weekend but I am not sure exactly what can fit . . . not SQUEEZE in but simply fit good. I think a 205 40 18 should fit but would like some input on anyone that has it rims on already. Any other input would be great.

This IQ is like a life-size toy that for us that I'm going to treat like my old RC Cars when I was a kid!

So... you're going to launch yours off a roof and into a pool like I did my old RC cars?

... I was a bad kid.

It would help to know your wheel size before offering suggestions on tire size.

I'm currently running 18X7.5 with a 45 offset. I have 215/35/18 tires. I would run a 205/30/18if I could find them. I need a little more stretch than what I'm getting now.

Hey surfcity. I've seen the pics of your car and it looks great. This IQ is bone-stock, Hot Lava Orange sitting on the original 175/60/16 wheels/tires. The only thing done to it was to black out the windows since we're in Arizona The evil internet allowed me to search (hours!) for different rim options and I'm having my guy look into pricing and availability on a set Monday.

He had suggested going with 205/40/18 all around (?)

Those are a little tough to find. There are a few tire companies that still make them. If you are running a 7.5 inch wide wheel that will give you a bit of a stretch. If you aren't going to lower the iQ too much I would go for more of a 215 or 225 series for more comfort.
