Exclamation How to determine Car Value?

Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum! I just want to introduce myself and let you all in on my situation. I currently drive a 2014 Evo X GSR fully loaded and paid off. I was offered $28k for it.
So, I'm taking the money and tomorrow I will be driving to buy my next car. I found a 2014 iQ 10 series with 8k for $10k.

Is that a good price for the car? Let me know, cause I'm going to be driving to the dealership tomorrow to get it, should I talk them down?
