Default Airrunner on the iQ

The boys over at ACC AirRunner have been working on the iQ for about a week and they should be finished tomorrow. Here are some spy photos from the installation work...

Back seat gone, tank and compressor installed.

Air lines

Switches

Dakota Digital gauges

Stance

I'll post up some pics after I pick it up.

Many thanks to Shin and Osam from AirRunner Inc for all the hard work!

Picked up the iQ from AirRunner today. Shin and Osam did an awesome job on it. The lift is nice and slow and the ride is great!

At ride height.

All the way up.

All the way down.

The switches.

Dakota Digital gauges.

Tank and compressor.

A little video.

I put the painted mirror covers on and the front plate. I think it makes the car look better. Body kit and wheels should be on by the middle of this week.

I should have the rubber from Toyo in the next few days and then I'll get them on the ride.

I heard rumors about a bagged-up iQ in So Cal at the meet tonight. Looks great, but does it have to sacrifice the whole back seat? Maybe just the driver's side back seat (nobody's ever going to use that anyway)? I still so very much want to bag mine up. When's the kit hit?

The decision to remove the back seat was for audio and video. The kit can be mounted with the rear seat but requires cutting and dropping the rear panel.

The 5A kit looks awesome. Wheels fit perfect is seems, that's not all the way aired out though, right? Only thing I'm not sure of is the caliper covers.

How did the iQ do on the long drive?

The front tires need a little more stretch to allow for full drop. The back end can go all the way to the wheel.

The drive was great. The iQ handles like a go-cart. Some of the bumps on the I5 are a little much but overall a pleasant ride.

Got a chance to open her up a little...

Right on, great looking car. Definitely one of the nicest I've seen. I'm going to link some peeps that I know that work for Toyota/Scion corporate I know they'd be interested to see it.

TPMS. I didn't move the sender units over to the new wheels. The valve stems look like crap. It resets when it's in the garage at night, the stock wheels are in there. LOL
