I just bought my first TC (Dec. 31, 2015). It is a 2014, had 66 mi, and still sitting at the Toyota dealer. I absolutely love it. When I saw the TC I had to stop to check it out. (found it by accident because they were on the back corner of the building where you enter) I don't think the dealer near me even cares to "market or advertise" them. The new Toyota's lack the look, they are bland. When I took the TC out I instantly fell in love with the handling. The sales guy was shocked that a girl could drive a 6 speed as well as I can. Thanks Dad for teaching me!!! I will keep my TC until it falls apart, hmm then I'll get some gorilla tape. I agree with other posts, keep it, may be a classic one day. Scion is definitely a different breed. I am sad to see it go especially since I just found them.

same here a 2005 tc with 165,000 with only fluids, filters, and wear and tear issues (brakes, struts, wheel bearings)-in fact it still has the original clutch. i think i may be getting rid of it in a year or so for a new 2016 mazda3 isport hatch though.

I definitely recommend the TC. I have a 6 spd and it is so much fun to drive. However I do need to watch my speed, she really moves. I have not added anything other than the 4th brake light. It is a Toyota so they should last 200,000 mi easily. I've heard the TC has a Camry engine (please correct me if I am wrong).
