I wonder if we were to get a pair of the 08 headlights, bake it and take the cover off, then bake our 05-07 headlights, take the cover off of those and put them on the 08's. That would eliminate the ugly bulge that the 08 covers have.

i have (2) 08's on my lot, and i love the head lights (for darker cars). the projectors look great, im just waiting for it to get dark so i can see the cut off. and you WILL be able to use these on 05-07 models from the look of it (i popped the hood to visually verify the mounting points, and depth of the headlight assembly).

oh... the side reflectors look alot better, the darker eyebrown is great, and the way the lens bows out isnt really noticable unless you look at it from the side, or feel it with your hand.

i want darkness already!!!

Valeo halogen projector is much better. The outputs of these projectors are no different from halogen reflectors.

Ok, for the last time... these are halogen projectors, NOT HID projectors!

They are basically the same thing as on the 07 Camrys!

So MAYBE they might work with HIDs, but in all likelihood, it'll glare as badly as reflector housing. I wouldn't do it...

Get a set of '08 lenses loose, and my spare set of '05-07 lenses will be on their way to you. I like the bulge in the lens, just hate the damn housing.

Yanki01: Don't worry. There are some people that get the fact that HALOGEN PROJECTORS ARE NOT INTENDED TO PROJECT HID LIGHT. But that's already been said.
