Chrome or Black Powdercoat Grille
 

whats up everyone, im brand new this site. i got my tC in the beginning of march, and since money has been tight i have been unable to mod it yet.

Its on 07 nautical blue, MT. Bone Stock, no option besides the 2-in-1 floor mats.

i got 2 vvt-i decals on the sides and silver inner door overlays.

since money is tight im really limited in what i can do im just starting off real small.

right now im looking into removing the grille on the car and replacing it with either a chrome grille or black powdercoat. and i want to either but the tC badge from the back, or this vvt-i badge i bought on the grill. im also looking into getting the fog lights, but not the stock kind, the ones for the lower inlets.

the head lights and tails gotta go as well. im def going to put the TYC tails in because i think they look the best, but i wanna get a second opinion for the halo headlights. ive never seen them in person, so i dont know how they would look on tC.

any suggestions or comments please let me know, its appricated.

Hey man welcome to the site. I literally just came in from installing the VRD black grill on my 08 tC. I recently had the Figure top grill installed but I didn't like the fitment too much.

I hate chrome lol thats just me, id get it in black

or you can get the best of both worlds and get the titanium vrd grill

its really hyper black. Changes colors depending on lighting and angle.

Powder-coated gloss black Figure Fig FTW. One thing I have noticed about the Figure grille is that there is quite a bit of freedom when you are choosing the position. Based on other pics, I can see that some people have it sitting pretty far forward. However, mine is recessed pretty far back. It allows you to create a different look (compare my pic with the one above)...

Definitely go with black. Chrome on a tC is just bad.

wow thanks i didnt expect to get so much feedback. the vrd titanium one looks really nice so its either that one or the black...thanks guys

Ive got the chrome grille upgrade from trdsparks and next month Im getting black wheels w/chrome lip. All of that tied together looks good with TYC tails and silv./chrome accents. go look at my pics, I have a bad camera tho so it looks a little blurred.
