Default Condensation in the headlight

I replaced my bulbs with HIDs a long time ago and now I've been noticing condensation in my passenger light. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? The HID on the passenger side sometimes doesn't go on- is it because of the water? I have an 08 tc.

Thanks!

If the bulbs are truly the problem, get some with gaskets or go back to stock. If it's the headlight itself, which I've seen happen on 08s more often, then it needs to be resealed.

How would you get the water out? I'm not looking to put it in the oven.. that makes me nervous.

Hair Dryer usually helps dry out the headlights...Yes need to get resealed w/ Silicone...or find a Rubber covering to cover the backside.

How do you find where the leak is? Where do you reseal?

There's no way to pinpoint it so you'll have to reseal the whole thing. The proper way to go about fixing the problem would be to bake open the light, clean the lens, add a packet or two of silica gel, then reseal.

You could have left the rubber gasket off the back, I did that once. Waited for the condensation to disapper and I put it back on.
