Hey guys,

Anyone in here ever buy stuff on eBay and the seller doesn't deliver the item to you? I bought the lip spoiler on eBay from an individual seller...and his feedback is 100% out of 42....i got it for a really good deal!!!...anywayzzz i paid for the item 4/22....email the guy since...still no response....i don't know what's going on. What should I do? Should I report it to eBay? or PayPal? I know there is a protection thing with PapPay if you paid the item through them which I did. Any advice? thanks guys

 

It's been 5 days, sometimes shipping can take a while depending on what courier he used.

I'd wait till the end of this week before I take action through ebay or paypal but find out if there is a deadline or something that you can complain to ebay/paypal and get reimbursed

 

file with paypal... This is a common occurrence on EBAY. this is why I stay away.

 

its only been 5 days, wait longer, you have 40 days to report it to paypal so give him a little more time, ____ comes up

ha. . i bought HIDS on ebay.. got them.. they were defective.. made a paypal claim. . sent them back under warrenty.. never got my headlights back and paypal closed the disput cause i shipped UPS parcel and didnt have a tracking number.. i got screwed outta $60

 

Definitely be a little more patient. Ya, it sucks when a seller isn't very good at communicating, but given the weekend, he may just be moving a little slow.

 

yea...the thing is i'm not in the rush....but it just seems odd that the guy don't response to any of my email or let me know the status of the shipment. I'm starting to think this guy is bogus....

 

A lot of seller's don't really respond to emails once the item is sold. Sucks, but its how some of them do business. x2 on waiting a bit longer. 5 days really isn't that long...

 

What strange is that a day b4 i paid for the item i asked the guy questions...he responded very quickly.....but after i paid for the item...didn't heard from him since...

 

yeah just wait a little bit. i had to wait 7 business days for a book i ordered and the guy didnt email me back until the day the book came. so be patient. like stated above, some of these people are bad at communication.

 

wait longer, assuming they don't ship weekends, you only waited 3 days, you are over reacting too quickly... is this your first purchase on ebay?

 

"If I'm not back in 10 min... just wait longer!"

Gotta factor in a lot of things, but that doesnt make up for the emails..

Best of Luck to you..I doubt a seller like that would screw u over..I love the ones that try to get you to send a money order to an offshore account...

just don't wait too long... i've had my buddy buy a record from egay and paid for it. He waited 2 weeks for the record and it never came. He then file his claim and won the dispute but the response was You have won your dispute but there is no funds left to be returned to you.

if the seller has money in his paypal account they can easily deduct that, if not, good luck!!

I'm not worry about when I will get the spoiler....i'm just worried about him not responding to me after i purchased the item and disappear all of a sudden.

I guess I have to wait until the end of the week to take any further action.

Just wait...I usually wait about 10 days. If after that i dont recieve anything then i start getting a little more reasearch done. Just chill...If still no word by friday then take action
