Headlight assembly, Base vs Spec Model..

Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the headlight assembly on an 05 tC Base and 05 tC Spec Model?

No basic difference between the 2005 tC Base and 2005 tC Release Series 1.0 headlight assembly:
