Ok I have read the DIY on the process but when I am putting it back together, I know I need to use some silicone but, do I have to use that to seal it up as I am putting it back together or do I put it back together and then use the silicone. Also where should I get this silicone? Any types in particular?

 

put silicone in, put it back together, bake again, SQUEEZE to make sure its back together snugly, replace screws and such.

 

Ok how long do I bake it when I reassemble?

 

5-10 minutes

 

After you baked and squeezed the headlights back together you can add some more silicone around the edges of the headlight just to be sure you have a good seal. You can also get some Silica Gel packets and put them in the back of the assembly before you put it all back together to help absorb any moisture that might have gotten in.
