So today i found out that one of my headlights doesnt turn on. My left headlight doesnt turn on while the right one does. I have the mobilehid kit. I checked if the plugs were connected and they were.

What is the problem? Is it a bad bulb or a bad ballast.

Check to see if the side that doesnt' work makes a high pitched sound. I recently bought a used HID kit and one of the ballast wernt working and I noticed that it wasnt making the high pitch sound that most HID's make.

If it does make the high pitched sound, its the ballast thats broken.

 

did u try turning it off and turning it on again?

mine had that prob too...but its ok now

 

oh thats for the tip ill check first thing in the morning. I hope its not the ballast!

 

The car or the lights? I did both.

 

swap the bulbs. if that bulb lights up on the other side, then it's the ballast, if it doesn't, then it's the bulb.
