I am new to Scion TCs so bare with me. I have a 2007 TC with HID bulbs for the low beams. I want to install these headlights: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290738330573?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Do I need to do any special or fancy wiring to install them or is it pretty much a plug and play style modification?

I'm guessing you installed these already. But the majority of the lighting should be plug and play. The halos though may need to be wire tapped into the parking lights, to turn on with them. And you don't need to take off the front bumper cover completely to install them. The video link below shows installation steps that can be used for any headlight assemblies for 1st Gen tC. Just don't follow the wiring portion. That is for their brand headlights.

 

alxm, is right, halos, needed to be wired into parks lights, so watch the vid he put on.
