fogged out as in smoked? (VHT night shades?)
Well first thing, if you gonna smoke out your headlights, i will thank you for doing it because i wouldn't be blinded by your HID kit LOL. Yes it will reduce the amount of light projected if you smoke your headlights. (did i mention that it's illegal in most states?)
For your tail lights, i think it's a pretty bad idea as to me, our reverse light is pretty damn dim, and if you live in the suburbs, you'll need it!
Overall it looks nice and all, but it will definitly reduce the mount of light

Your questions have nothing to do with HIDs
where ever you bought them last, buy them there again?
Your leds is about to blow (assuming that you are using your stock headlamp housing)
the heat from the lowbeams destroys the LED lights
I have no idea what you have ordered, but 100w bulb will blow again eventually.

the lights use to switch off when i open the doors after when i pulled the key out from the ignitation..so maybe sometimes the problem is i open the door before i pull out the key?... hm....

1) your question is uncleared, i am assuming you have meant if HIDs fit the OEM housing? if you buy the right bulb, then it will fit. (9006)
2) it's actually an arc on a graph, let's say 4300k(random selected color temp) is the brightest, as you get lower or higher from this number, the less bright they will get.
off topic, the color white reflects more light, thus you see more light into your eyes (hurts more) and people interpret it as brighter. Blue hurts ur eyes as well, so people think blue is brighter. Wonder why pilot's cockpit uses red LEDs all around?

Hey Kids, time for HID101
Question of the day: Why shouldn't i use HIDs as my high beams?
Well first of all, you'd blind people, obviously
Second, high beams are used to signal people very often. These siginaling usually consists of turning on and off the high beams several times. The ballast can not tell if the bulb is warm or not. The ballast inital start up draws more energy to warm the bulb, but what if the bulb is warm already? It will still use that high voltage and bam, your bulb may blow, if not it'll die very very fast ^^

What is the difference between the HIDs being sold here for under 200 bucks and oznium ? Just the name ? Warranties look the same . Made in Japan as well . And is it even a good idea to do HIDs in a TC ? And where is the adjustment screw to lower the headlights ?
Thanks in advance as I have Silverstars and love them . I am just curious as to if aftermarket HIDs are worth it
